Early Harvest Classic

Our flagship oil. Harvested early in the season while the olives are still green, then cold-pressed at temperatures below 27°C to preserve maximum flavor and nutrients. Taste Profile: Bright green apple,
fresh-cut grass, artichoke, and Aegean herbs with a pleasant, mild peppery finish in the throat. Velvety smooth with balanced bitterness.

Acidity: < 0.3%
Best for: Raw use — drizzling over salads, vegetables, bread, or finishing dishes. Also perfect for Mediterranean recipes where the oil shines.

Premium Reserve

Selected from our oldest groves with the finest fruit. This limited-production oil represents the pinnacle of Edremit tradition — intense yet elegant.

Taste Profile: Rich fruity notes of green banana, tomato leaf, and wild flowers, followed by a harmonious bitterness and clean pungency that lingers gently. High in natural antioxidants (polyphenols).

Acidity: < 0.2%
Best for: True connoisseurs and gourmet use. Ideal for dipping, special salads, or as a finishing oil on grilled fish and meat.
