the historic groves of Edremit, Turkey. Nurtured by the cool breezes of Kaz Dağları and the gentle Imbat winds from the Gulf, our single-estate Ayvalık olives are early-harvested and cold-pressed to capture nature’s finest expression. Expect bright notes of green apple, fresh-cut grass, artichoke, and wild Aegean herbs, balanced with a silky texture, mild bitterness, and a pleasant peppery finish.
